About Jessica Haberkern

Jessica Haberkern brings a unique blend of creativity, strategic insight, and a deep appreciation for Highlands living to her role as a real estate broker. With a Master of Arts in Creative Writing and a successful career in New York City—where she served as Copy Director for a major advertising agency on 7th Avenue—Jessica honed the communication and branding skills that now elevate her approach to real estate marketing and client service.

Jessica was introduced to Highlands through her husband, whose family spent cherished summers here since 1981—first at their cottage in Highlands Country Club and later at the property now known as The Farm at Old Edwards. In 2020, seeking refuge during a time of global uncertainty, Jessica and her husband purchased land on Satulah Mountain and built a charming cottage for their family of five. What began as a weekend retreat quickly turned into a permanent lifestyle, as the family fell in love with the natural beauty, welcoming community, and timeless appeal of life on the plateau.

Their experience building a cottage, creating an art studio, and overseeing a substantial home addition ignited Jessica’s passion for real estate and property development. Inspired by her family’s legacy in the field, she earned her real estate broker’s license and joined the Christie’s International Real Estate team. Today, she partners with esteemed brokers Pat and Bee Gleeson as part of the PB&J team—a dynamic trio offering clients white-glove service, meticulous attention to detail, and expert guidance through Highlands’ luxury real estate market.

Jessica’s approach combines her creative background with her intimate knowledge of the area to help clients find more than just a house—they find home.
