About Colleen Kerrigan

Colleen brings a history of customer service and professionalism to her Real Estate brokerage.   She was a real estate agent in Nashville, TN before moving full-time to Highlands in 2014 to start a new business and career.  The business she started is The Business Spot – which she has since sold but is still running strong.  Her attention to detail, "can-do” attitude and strong work ethic make her the ideal person to jump back into the real estate profession.    She continues to be involved in the community and serves on several non-profit committees.  She is originally from New Orleans and returns several times a year to visit family and friends there.  In addition, she is an accomplished photographer, loves to travel, take walks with her dog, and enjoy all that Western North Carolina has to offer.
